I suppose you could consider this one of the non-project that I mooted here. It's got an arrow in it after all.
The above is a photo of the work they're doing outside our flat. It's something to do with a new place to put our rubbish. Who knows if our disgusting neighbours will actually be able to work out how to use it, or if they'll just carry on using the back step instead?
